Undivided MSE

Totally not ripped off of The Lion King.

My entry for Un-Divided 's Monthly Event.
Does this have to go with a full-length story?
Because I honestly have no idea.

Anyhow, Mahika was just strolling along on one of her patrols around the Pori Pack border when she spots
the little fennec fox trying to cross over to the other side of the canyon.
She brushed it off at first, since the little guy didn't seem to need any help, but then she heard screaming and turned her head back only to see him trying to flee from a herd of wildebeest coming his way.
Not that she had any interest to save him, but her conscience said otherwise and she hopped down anyway, gently picked him up like a pup, and scurried over safely to the other side, barely getting herself clipped by one of the stampeding wildebeests' hooves.
